Flexpoint
Acceleration sensors

Flexpoint
FLEXPOINT is a reporting system for particularly demanding security systems. Special emphasis was placed on maximum operational security and detection reliability during development. The system comprises evaluation electronics combined with capacitive 3D acceleration sensors (FLEXPOINT3D), which are particularly suitable for detection in more stable constructions. The sensors provide pinpoint monitoring for structure-borne sound, tilt and position.
Applications:
- monitoring of all structures able to tilt, move or conduct structure-borne noise.
Features:
- Detecting structure-borne sound, dynamic tilting and positioning
- Digital signal processing and filtering
- Multi-level signal correlation
- IOs available for external systems
- User-friendly operating software
- Software upgrade available via download

The use of digital filters allows the system to be optimally adapted to the monitored medium. The sensors’ compact size enables installation to be concealed within the construction as well as overt.
The evaluation units can operate as both individual electronics or as part of a networked system. The electronics offer the option of local real time signal correlation to minimize unwanted signals resulting from environmental influences. This function is extended by network-wide correlation where the evaluation units are networked.
Up to 64 FLEX-units can be networked through a variety of interfaces to a central hub (e.g. MASTERCENTRAL). Alongside the data interfaces a wide range of IO modules exist, through which further information can be captured and put out.
